Being a frontline care provider helped me gain valuable experience in healthcare and understand the needs of the medical professionals, patients and the public. Working in acute medical settings taught me an important set of skills including clinical judgment, clear communication, critical thinking, attention to details, ability to handle pressure, effective organization and time management.
